What is a lithophane? A lithophane is a 3D printed image. It is printed in different thicknesses, so you get a black and white image.
A lithophane is a special way to display a photo. Examples of photos are: a wedding photo, a photo of your pet(s), a photo in memory of someone or an everyday photo of a family member.

If you purchase a lithophane set from us, you will receive a case in the color of your choice and your personally chosen image that we will print.
The case is available in different colors. If you have one case, you can purchase other lithophanes to switch between photos.
The battery in the case is rechargeable via an included USB cord. The lamp has 3 different light modes.

Note!: the picture needs to be in a 3;2 format.

How to edit the photo to a 3;2 format on iphone; pick your picture, then click change, then you have 3 options below next to cancel and done. Choose the third option, then you will enter another menu. Click on the first of the 3 options at the top right of your screen, then you need to slide the bar with the text original, freefrom, square, etc. to the left, you will eventually see 3;2, which is the format you are looking for. If it says 2;3, you need to change the shape from portrait to landscape (those are the two squares above the bar with different formats.) If the photo is at 3;2 format, click done. The photo is now properly formatted.

Wat is een lithophane? Een lithophane is een 3D-geprinte afbeelding. Het is in verschillende diktes geprint, zodat je een zwart-wit beeld krijgt.

De case is verkrijgbaar in verschillende kleuren. Als u één case heeft, kunt u andere lithophanes aanschaffen om tussen foto’s te wisselen.
De accu in de case is oplaadbaar via een bijgeleverd USB snoer. Het lampje heeft 3 verschillende lichtstanden.

Let op!: de afbeelding moet een 3;2 formaat hebben.

Zo bewerk je de foto naar een 3;2-formaat op de iPhone; kies je foto, klik vervolgens op wijzigen, dan heeft u hieronder 3 opties naast annuleren en klaar. Kiest voor de derde optie, dan komt u in een ander menu terecht. Klik op de eerste van de 3 opties rechtsboven in je scherm, dan moet u de balk met de tekst origineel, vrij van, vierkant etc. naar links schuiven, u ziet uiteindelijk 3;2, wat het formaat is u zoekt. Als er 2;3 staat, moet u de vorm wijzigen van staand naar liggend (dat zijn de twee vierkanten boven de balk met verschillende formaten). Als de foto een 3;2-formaat heeft, klikt u op gereed. De foto is nu correct opgemaakt.
